The Institute is functioning with the support of 17 academic and 30 administrative staff members. The Head of the Institution is the Joint Director. There are six academic divisions in the Institute with faculty specialised in different fields of technical and academic education. Each division is headed by a Professor and has 3 to 4 other faculty members (Readers & Lecturers). The faculty members have developed expertise and contributed immensely to the development of competency based curricula, instructional materials, guideline documents, multi-media packages, popularisation folders, etc. in their field of their expertise.
